then i was calling the singtel to cancel my talkmore subscription
actually i already cancel it ard 2mth ago?
but til now it is not cancel yet
n i was paying for the useless subscription for the pass 5 mth!
wad makes mi more irritated was the time when i call to their cust service
it's not tat i'm impatient or wat k
it was like those computer kind asking u a lot of questions n press 1,2 or 3
then after pressing the 1,2 or 3 u still need to wait for the human to pick up the call
n even waiting for the cust service oso can wait for bloody 10mins w/o any1 ans
i was like waiting n waiting until a rude lady pick up my call.
make a call oso can spend mi ard 20mins to finally talk to a human being!
this issit the main point yet.
then main point was tat i'm the 1 being irritated
the person on the line still can talk to mi as if i irritated her!
